This condo is so far from the nearest MRT (almost 1 km) and therefore definitely what you call "within walking distance to MRT".
Given that 80 percent of Singapore’s population will live within a 10-minute walk of an MRT station by 2030, and Vacanza is to be part of the less favourable 20 percent, why are the asking prices still so stiff for some of the units listed for sale?

The only plus point for Vacanza is that i have lived in Kembangan for 30 years and can live with all the inconveniences abound (its also v near my parents' place). But surely one day when i want to sell everybody's going to tell me hey your unit is so far from the MRT, but the price is so high. That is why i am hesitant now.
